A restaurant concept for chef Pontus Frithiof, Pontus Pocket presents a deli and bistro style dining experience. Patrons enter via a stainless steel deli where ready made lunches and selected produce are available for purchase before entering into a much darker and softer environment of the restaurant. Here, a relatively dark colour scheme is punctuated by white marble table tops and yellow café chairs. Textural richness is heightened by oversized fish scale patterned wall panels and playful tromp l’oeil library printed fabric curtains.

Bozarthfornell Architects is an office for architecture and design, founded 2010 by Andreas Bozarth Fornell. The office has a diverse portfolio and works within all different fields of architecture but the main focus so far is within the world of fashion retail. The people at Bozarthfornell Architects have diverse backgrounds, something that we utilise in alternate ways for every different project.
We strongly believe that architecture and design is an art form. It gives strength and confidence to the individual as well as business corporations. This synthesis of concept, beauty and function completely absorbs our attention in every project. Our architectural vision derives its expression from the art world. It’s inspired by our travels and influenced by the pop-culture that surrounds us daily. It is intimately connected to both context and function.
